As Account Director for the APAC region, Terence Cheah focuses on new business development and client relations.
Prior to joining Canalys in 2008, Terence spent four years in the sales force at Keyence, a multinational company focusing on factory automation solutions. His primary roles included business development, marketing and after-sales technical support. Terence quickly rose through the ranks at Keyence, holding numerous positions, finally culminating in the role of Regional Sales Manager. He has travelled extensively in the APAC region and has a broad knowledge of its various markets and practices.
Terence graduated from the National Technological University of Singapore with an Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and local Chinese dialects.
