As a member of the enterprise team, Duncan Clark leads the research and analysis for the company’s global portfolio of Unified Communications Analysis services. He focuses on the way enterprise IT is moving toward the consumer domain and the impact that this is having on collaborative technologies, looking particularly at the uptake of video and web collaboration. He also studies the shift to hosted services and evolving go-to-market strategies. Additionally, Duncan supports Canalys’ Enterprise Networking Analysis and Enterprise Security Analysis services.
Before joining Canalys in 2010, Duncan worked for seven years as an analyst at MZA, where he worked in the Converged Solutions analyst team. There, he focused on worldwide analysis of market size and market share statistics, as well as monitoring product evolution, pricing trends and distribution strategies.
Duncan graduated from the University of Warwick with an Honors Degree in German and International Studies, which included modules on the relationship between politics and macro-economics. He is fluent in German.
