Stephanie Shucksmith

Stephanie Shucksmith joined Canalys as a Research Analyst in January 2012. Stephanie conducts research and analysis for the company’s portfolio of mobility-focused advisory services, especially in the EMEA region. Based in Canalys’ EMEA office in the UK, she also supports the company’s mobile research on a worldwide basis, tracking smart phone and mobile phone shipments, mobile subscribers, new product launches, pricing changes and routes to market on a quarterly basis. She also writes analytical reports on a range of mobility-focused topics.

Prior to joining Canalys, Stephanie was a writer and reviewer at The Good Web Guide which involved assessing and evaluating a broad range of web sites and writing clear and concise articles about them for publication.

She holds a First-Class Honors Degree in French and Mathematics from King’s College, London, and is consequently fluent in French. As part of her degree, she studied and lived for a year in France at Toulouse University.
